Watermelon Basil Cooler

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
6–8 fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish
1–2 tbsp honey or simple syrup, to taste
1½ cups cold water or sparkling water

Instructions
