Garlic Parmesan Burger Bombs
Servings: 8 burger bombs
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 20–25 minutes
Optional: Add caramelized onions for a sweet-savory upgrade
Ingredients
For the Filling
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup softened cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup caramelized onions (optional)
For the Assembly
1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Turn off heat and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine the cooked beef with cream cheese, cheddar, and caramelized onions (if using). Mix until evenly combined.
Step 2: Prepare the Biscuit Bombs
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten each biscuit round into a 4–5 inch circle.
Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the beef filling into the center of each biscuit.
Fold up the sides and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.
Step 4: Bake
Brush each burger bomb with half of the garlic Parmesan butter mixture.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Brush with remaining garlic butter after baking for extra flavor.
Step 5: Serve
Let cool slightly and serve warm—great with ketchup, garlic aioli, or ranch for dipping.
Tips
Want spicy? Add diced jalapeños to the filling or a pinch of cayenne.
These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven for 5–8 minutes at 350°F.
Swap in crescent dough or pizza dough if preferred.
