1. Digital Products (Templates & Downloads)

• All digital product sales are final.

• Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been delivered.

• If you experience an issue with your download (such as a broken link or file error), please contact us at saltedhoneykitchen@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase so we can assist you.

2. Recipe Content

• All recipe content is free to access. No payments are collected for viewing or using our recipes, so refunds do not apply.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis if:

• You accidentally purchased multiple copies of the same product.

• A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing your purchase.
